You should be able to get a printer to print a batch of 500 referral cards fairly reasonable. Double check and make sure that the lower bottom piece that you mail out will mail meets the post office requirements for a postcard, as the stamp and postage would be cheaper. Make sure they are preforated so that they will seperate cleanly. The printed card will be 8" ht by 5" wide which will give you a 4"x 5" piece to mail out with client signature and the 4 x 5 information section for your file.
The reason I used this type of referral card concept and did not send it out in an envelope is so when the prospect gets it, they don't flip it in the garbage. This is the key to this signature card being sent out as a note card. It has the referral name on it, so that the new prospect can see it. Many times when I came into the persons home I would see the card stuck on the fridge.
When I sent the card out, I hand printed their mailing address on front and it showed the name and the signature of the referral person on the back. It is a very powerful referral lead system.
Again double check with the printer to make sure that 4 X 5 size is okay with the post office.
