Here is a simple idea that can generate you a few extra big sales during the year. It is called building your own board of directors.

If worked properly, it can become one of your more valuable tools to help you generate sales.

One of the things successful insurance agents learn to do over time, is to develop several different prospecting tools or methods. I discuss a number of them on our site, such as the appreciation dinner, the referred lead card system, etc.

You need to continue to take the time to develop a number of these prospecting ideas and systems to help you grow your business. They are called systems. A system is something you do over and over again, and refine it.
