Agency Building

I have been trying to build an agency system. We use a multi level agency building model in which I teach others how to build their own agency.

I know a number of companies use this model and a lot of it is built on internal consumption of which I have no interest in.

I want to recruit either existing agents and newbies and train them the right way and to help them build their agency.

Does you recruiting and training system fit into that model?

Hi Val;

It seems like you are where I was many years ago.

Yes, The training and information we provide will fit your situation perfectly. I build my entire shop by hiring and developing neophyte agents. It is much less trouble and you don't have the problem with existing agents always telling you what they would do or what their prior agency done.

Building with new agents creates a loyalty that you can not achieve by hiring agents as brokers. It sounds like you have the system and company in place.
