AGENT RELEASE FROM FMO - Agents Beware

There seems to be an issue with FMO’s unconditionally releasing agents when the agent wants to make a change. Some FMO’s control and hold back releasing an agent as they require a conditional release requiring another FMO to send another agent to back to them. There needs to be laws preventing FMO’s preventing agents from leaving them and moving to another FMO.
