Losing renewals.

Generally speaking, you should not. They are an earned benefit, however every company has a different format. Some renewals may be considered a servicing fee. If this was the case and you were to leave the company for any reason, those service fees would stop. You need to read your contract, under the section that says renewals. Your answer is in that section.
