Is there a good concept to position an investment linked policy as an education fund? How can I overcome the objection on market volatility?

IUL is the best

I must agree with Ted 100%. This is what we have been teaching our partners for years. There is no greater tool than an IUL for your clients who are looking for a way to protect their money without the risk of lose when the markets crash, and then be able to use that money down the road without paying any taxes. Then, if they were to die, they would have a death benefit that would go to whomever they choose.

Your objection issue about volatility is of course why people buy life insurance, and that is to remove a certain risk in ones financial life.

What you need to do is sell people what they want, not what you want to sell.

There is no concept with investment linked policies that overcome your objection. You just need to use a different financial vehicle.

One situation may be to sell a universal life, with minimum death benefit and load it with maximum amount of premium to build cash value, or a single premium cash value universal life. With this product you can take out partial surrenders of cash with out any tax liability later on, while accumulating on a tax deferred basis.
